CHECK - IN & OUT

IS REGISTRATION OF ID AND THE CITY TAX NECESSARY?

Yes, current government regulations for the Anti Mafia Law require all guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in which will be registered at the nearest police station within a 2-day period. The city tax is a fee we collect on behalf of the government of Venice.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD CHECK-IN TIME?

Standard check-in is after 3 P.M. Early Check-In: Early Check-ins may store their luggage with us free of charge.

◼️ Groups with kids will have a priority check-in.

◼️ NO extra charges for early or late check-in

WHAT IS THE STANDARD CHECK-OUT TIME?

The standard check-out time is 11:00.

Please leave the keys on the table, close the windows, light, and air conditioning before leaving. The cleaning staff will then enter the apartment.

◼️ Late check-out: Late Check-outs can store your luggage with us. You will be given all the instructions.
While every effort will be made to meet the late check-out or early check-in requirements, this will depend on the availability of the apartment. Please know that we will do our best to facilitate you.
