is a comfortable and modern apartment of 75 m2 planned down to the last detail.
Located in a Palazzo built in 1588 by Antonio da Ponte as part of the Rialto Bridge, Testa d'Oro 1 is the ideal solution for families and friends who wants to experience one of the most beautiful, exciting and vibrant areas of the city! Historically speaking, Rialto has always been the center of Venice's economics and activities. Therefore, transportations, supermarkets, boutiques, bars, restaurants, and landmarks are all within walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment is located on the first and second floor and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a storage room.
Testa d'Oro 1 has been designed to give you a comfortable and stress-free holiday.
The bedrooms are decorated in relaxing hues, hand-picked furnishing, and comfortable faux leather beds with high-quality mattresses and 2 sets of pillows per each guest.
The kitchen is equipped with all eletrodomestics and all the necessary for cooking, including Nespresso Coffee Machine, American Coffee Machine, Toaster, Boiler, Microwave, and a Cappuccino Maker.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, and Prija's shampoo & bath cream so that you won't stress about the things forgotten at home.
From the living room, you may enjoy the view of the famous Rialto Bridge from your private little terrace and gain a sense of place in this wonderful city! The free Netflix, Disney +, and board games are definitely a provided plus for indoor entertainment!
Before your check-in, we will always be at your disposal to answer all of your questions. You will be given directions and guided through every step. We also are available for any reservations. At check-in, your check-in person will be available for any information, requirements, and reservations. Being located not only at the center of Venice but also at the center of the San Marco area, from Rialto you can reach any landmark in a very short time:
8 minutes walk for Piazza San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, Fenice, ecc.;
16 minutes walk for the Dorsoduro area: Accademia, Zattere, Peggy Guggenheim;
6 minutes walk for the first area of Cannaregio, Strada Nuova: Campo Santi Apostoli, Fondamente Nuove (waterbus for Murano, Burano, Torcello), Cà D'Oro. 20-30 minutes walk to Railway station/ Piazzale Roma
Transport: Waterbus line n. 1 and 2, Alilaguna Orange line, Gondola, Private Water Taxi.
Supermarkets: COOP Riva Del Carbon and DESPAR (both are 2 - 3 minutes away from the apartment)
Market: Fresh fish and veggies market is located at the other side of the bridge
Shopping: Fontego dei Tedeschi (you can actually see all the luxury items from your balcony), Coin, Mercerie, Frezzeria and via XXII Marzo for boutiques

By foot: You can always get to your apartment by simply following the signs "to Rialto."
All the major transports stop at Rialto:
The public transport, the Waterbus Line n. 2, stops at Rialto on its way up or down the Grand Canal. The landing stop is literally 2 minutes away from your apartment.
The Alilaguna Orange line offers direct transfer from Marco Polo Airport to Rialto.
There are 2 Private Water Taxi Stations and 1 Gondola Station (and more nearby)
